My experience involves learning the basics through some 4H sewing projects, working alongside my mother and lots of trial and error on items for myself, friends and family.
I have done mending,
hemming, curtains, buttons, gifts, dresses, bags and much more. In other words, some basic tailoring. I have learned so much from doing these projects and look forward to continuing to learn through more projects and ideas that come my way. If you're looking for a little project to get done like some pants hemmed or an outside bean bag game set in the colors of your college team, I'm the one to call!
I'm also problem solver so if I don't know something about how to complete a project, I will look it up in the books I have, find an online tutorial or ask questions to someone who knows more than I do.
